Web Enhancements Simplifies Scheduling  Lodge to Lodge

Hiking Trips  and Secluded Cabin Stays

Grand Marais, MN -Boundary Country Trekking has launched two new website features that streamline planning for north woods adventure vacations. The online vacancy calendar at  www.boundarycountry.com/cabin.html  lets viewers see up-to-date availability for accommodations at the company’s secluded Little Ollie Lake Cabin, Gunflint Trail, near the Banadad Trail.  In addition a new Lodge to Lodge Hiking map,  www.boundarycountry.com/hiking.html  shows the Superior Hiking Trail and the host of accommodations that may be considered for a hiking trip along Minnesota's North Shore.

To use the vacancy calendar, a viewer simply selects a month from the pull-down menu. Instantly, the selected calendar month is displayed indicating whether the desired dates are booked or open. Rates are just a click away, and reservations may be made on line as well - any time and from any place.

The Lodge to Lodge Hiking section has been expanded to include a map of the Superior Hiking Trail’s Lodge to Lodge program, displayed in five sections. Viewers can click on any section and go to a larger and more detailed version of the map, along with descriptions of the hiking trail mileage between trailheads, and an annotated list of the lodges and resorts that may be selected for accommodations on a lodge to lodge hiking trip (as well providing as links to their individual web sites).

Both new features complement Boundary Country Trekking's adventure-packed website, www.boundarycountry.com  which includes information on mountain biking, BWCAW guided canoe trips, canoe/bike combo trips, lodge to lodge hiking and skiing, dog sledding trips, yurt to yurt skiing (and yurt accommodations and dinners), area maps, a monthly bulletin, rates, and more.
